SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Key responsibilities
Ø Through upselling and cross selling maximise profitable sales.
Ø Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints quickly, efficiently and professionally.
Ø Demonstrate great communication both internally and externally.
Ø Prioritise work load to achieve targets
Ø Ensure customers pay to terms.
Ø Conduct show room visits and organise trade shows.
Skills and behaviours
The successful candidate will be an effective team player with the ability to support managers and colleagues, they should have:-

Experience
The successful Candidates will have a background in Customer Service and a proven sales background. They will be flexible working 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 08.00am to 18.00pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.
