New Business Development Manager -
High Street/Convenience Sector

To capitalise on this huge potential and inject ‘best practice’ disciplines and structures into our commercial activity, we are now looking for a highly talented FMCG professional to join our team.

A pioneering role, this will suit a driven individual who really lives and breathes finding and winning new business through a combination of their own tenacity, skill and sheer strength of character.  Yes, it’s about selling the proposition, but it’s also about understanding the category, gaining insight into what turns retailers on and using a sophisticated business approach. Ultimately, it’s about establishing key relationships, which will develop into sustainable long-term business.

To succeed, you’ll need a background in an FMCG branded business with appropriate training and experience, combined with a compelling track record of winning new retailer business.  We’re looking for an outstanding commercial operator, with the ability to work across a broad range of potential outlets and win over people of all types. Experience of the High Street/Convenience sector would be an advantage, as would good contacts in this area.
