We are recruiting for a new position of Procurement & Supply Chain Administrator. The key purpose of this role is ensuring our suppliers deliver on time & accurately.
This is a varied role which requires administrative support in the processes of procurement & supply chain for all products & all suppliers. This is a key role within the supply chain function, ensuring our suppliers deliver to planned timelines and mitigating out of stock lines.
Duties include maintaining Account View, expediting purchase orders, matching goods-in paperwork, matching invoices, scheduling supplier payments & maintaining spreadsheets.
You should have relative experience within administration and be fully conversant with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent planning and organisation skills are essential for this role; along with the ability to undertake a variety of tasks. The post holder will be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to work under pressure and with the minimum of supervision.
